  • While the Regular and Dairy-Free versions of the daily Shake mix are plain and need some added fruit and/or veggies to taste better, the Chocolate and Vanilla versions of the daily Shake mix taste great on their own! That’s why they cost a bit more, but they’ll taste great and be easier to make!

  • You can choose any package whether you are completing an Individual Program or joining a Group Program, just indicate which one you’re doing during the check-out process. (Remember - only locals to our Oneonta, NY office can purchase the upgraded Packages that come with Foot Baths.)

  • Each provider who partners with us to provide our program has a special promo code that will save you $20 off your package. This code is usually found on their pamphlet, on flyers, or on their social media. If you’re unable to find it, contact your provider.
